These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Operator and the Client in the provision of catering services. They aim to ensure a transparent and fair course of cooperation, to protect both parties and to prevent misunderstandings. By submitting an order, the client confirms that he/she has read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Catering services are provided exclusively on the basis of a written order from the client and subsequent written confirmation from the operator.
1.2 Each Order shall be deemed binding and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Offers and price calculations are always individual, taking into account the nature of the event, the number of guests, the composition of the menu and other specific requirements of the client.
2.1 The Client is obliged to pay the booking fee in the amount set by the Operator within 5 working days of the order confirmation.
2.2 The booking fee is non-refundable and is used to secure the date and cover preparation costs.
2.3 After the event has taken place, the operator shall issue an invoice taking into account the actual services provided and any additional items.
2.4 The additional payment (total price minus the booking fee) is payable on the basis of the invoice issued, no later than 7 days after the invoice is delivered to the client.
2.5 In the event of delay in payment, the client is obliged to pay the statutory interest on late payment and any costs associated with the recovery of the amount due.
3.1 The Client is entitled to cancel the order only in writing (by e-mail).
3.2 In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
4.1 By accepting the meals and services, the client confirms that they have been delivered in accordance with the order, in the required quality and quantity, unless he/she makes reservations immediately upon acceptance.
4.2 Additional claims made after the delivery of the meals will not be accepted.
4.3 The client is fully responsible for any further handling of the food (storage, serving, heating, etc.).
5.1 The Operator is responsible for compliance with all applicable hygiene and quality standards in the preparation and delivery of food.
5.2 Upon acceptance, responsibility passes to the client, who must ensure suitable conditions for preservation and consumption.
5.3 The Operator is not liable for any damage caused by improper handling of the food after its delivery.
6.1 The Operator reserves the right to refuse an order if its value does not reach the minimum amount, which is always determined individually with regard to the nature of the event.
7.1 These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of any contract for the provision of catering services.
7.2 The Operator is entitled to change the Terms and Conditions at any time; the version valid at the time of order confirmation is always binding for the Client.
7.3 Legal relations between the Operator and the Client are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on the date of 17 August 2025.
8.2 The Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed from the effective date unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Operator and the Client.
